Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Perdisco app. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

The service

Perdisco provides editorial summaries of third-party sources, classified statements, and practice activities. Summaries are paraphrased interpretations — always consult the original source for the authoritative record.

Play tokens earned in practice are a game mechanic only. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged for anything.

Accounts

You need an account to use the app and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Subscriptions

Perdisco Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice; changes apply from the next renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law permits.

Intellectual property

Summaries, classifications, and activities are Perdisco's editorial work. Underlying sources belong to their rights holders and are linked from every summary.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Summaries may contain errors; nothing in the app is professional, financial, or medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
